Shipping Policy & Logistic Partners


We at Eliza Fashion would like to keep our shipping charges very simple & easy, if you place your order before 5pm Mon – Fri we will try our best to dispatch your order on the same day.

Once we dispatch an item, we notify our customers by a confirmation email sent on their Email address with tracking details and expected delivery date.

For security and to ensure the parcel reaches the intended recipient, a signature is required upon delivery, and most deliveries will be attempted twice, unless there is an address problem. Undelivered parcels (for any reason) are returned to our warehouse. We may charge handling charges for the Return. Re-delivery would be charged again.

If you have shopped multiple products in a single transaction, we will send it to you in one single shipment. (In case of a single shipment, the delivery date would be on the date when all the products are ready to ship). However, if you want us to ship the earlier available products first, please contact our customer care.

Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.
