Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

A. CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Any cancellation or change in the order will be accepted only if you contact us within 6 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier. In Failing to do so, you will have to accept the order and the standard return policy will apply.
  2. Refunds will be made according to the return and refund policy
  3. Under any conflict, decision made by the management at www.elizafashion.in will be final.

B. RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE POLICY

  1. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can use our Return Policy to return your order to us within 48 hours. Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition with all labels intact.
  2. . Due to the very delicate nature of some of the hand-made products, we ask you to take great care of the item when unpacking and inspecting.
  3. In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us, within 12 hours of receipt of product.
  4. Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the www.elizafashion.in regarding the same.
  5. In case of any other complaints, email us within 12 hours of receiving the product
  6. DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from us for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, we do not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
  7. All defective products along with copy of invoice, original packing and in the original condition as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to us within 48 hours working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from www.elizafashion.in.

Which Items are not returnable or exchangeable?

  1. Returns would not be accepted for Design it Yourself (DIY) Products, Custom Made Orders Altered Items, Stitched Clothing as per your body measurements, Including Readymade Stitched Sarees or Sarees stitched with Custom Blouse.
  2. Products without their original packing and tags aren’t fit for Return or Exchange.
  3. Items once used, cannot Returned or Exchanged.
  4. Products with perfumes or body odor are considered used and are not fit for return or exchange.
  5. Plus size dresses from size 50 onward are non-Refundable/ Exchangeable. We customize these sizes on order

Note: Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other should be
reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of
the same in order to review the same.

Product received in damaged condition / manufacturing defect or wrong item

  1. Upon receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that we may pursue the same, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.
  2. In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us, within 24 hours of receipt of product.
  3. The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that we shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations on the basis of the customer’s emails.
  4. All defective products being returned to us shall be done ONLY through registered courier.
  5. All shipping costs of returning defective products will be borne by us.
  6. All defective products along with copy of invoice, original packing and in the original condition as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to us within ten (10) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from www.elizafashion.in.
  7. Safe receipt of defective product by us is the sole responsibility of the customer.
  8. While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.
  9. In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then we shall make the necessary modifications/alterations, at the cost of the customer.
  10. . In case you don’t like the product then the shipping charges for the return of the product will be borne by the customers.

C. REFUND POLICY

Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment used while placing the order. Payment will be refunded back to the debit/ Credit card or the account from which the payment was made.

Refunds/ Exchange will be processed as quickly as possible. However, we aim to process the refunds within 15 working days, but customers should allow up to 30 working days for refunds to be made.

  1. In case of complete order return, up to 25% amount will be deducted as order Processing & Payment Gateway & other recurring charges from the total order value (Excluding Shipping Amount).
  2. If a refund is issued as a gift voucher, there will be no deduction in the order amount. (Excluding Shipping Amount)
  3. At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
